Oh, my God! Last Wednesday I went to Best Buy and there were two tents with people waiting for Black Friday sales to begin. These people need to get a job and buy some friends! Is any sale that important?
What is more incredible is that some stores never closed for Thanksgiving!
These stores proudly advertised that they would be open all day on Thanksgiving. Once again, it's all about the money! Whatever happened to family time? Is it too much to ask that employees have a day to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families? As for me and my family, we had a great meal together and ate lots of turkey and the fixings!
Life is too short not to stop, reflect, and enjoy your family and friends. Ultimately, all of our Christmas shopping will be completed in a timely manner and we'll spend Christmas together to boot!
